I'm sad to have to tell you, that Mike passed away October 20th of 2011.
He was in the hospital just 2 weeks after his 65th birthday, with a kidney infection.
Two days in, and he suffered a massive stroke (that was August 26th).
I gave him every chance, but sadly his kidneys and then his liver failed, and I had to have
life support removed nearly 2 months later.
His daughter, Meredith, lives in Canada with her husband Ben, daughter Sasha, and son Makai (born after Mike passed away).
I hope you have a wonderful reunion, I wish he could still be here, so that he could attend.
